Behind J.B. Exhibitions are two of Denmark, and perhaps the Nordic countries, most experienced exhibition organizers, namely Bo Rasmussen and Jesper Åndahl.

Together they have over 50 years experience in the exhibition industry. Bo Rasmussen has worked at the Bella Center, Denmark's largest exhibition center, for 25 years, and was responsible for a number of Bella Center's largest trade fairs.

Jesper Åndahl has 20 years of experience in the Bella Center. During the period 2001-2012 he was head of all Bella Centers congress and exhibition activities.

In 2013 Bo and Jesper founded their jointly owned company J.B. Exhibitions ApS. The first task, of the new company, was to establish CPH Labmed, a replacement for the Scanlab fair, which for many years had been held at the Bella Center on behalf of the danish laboratory industry.

CPH Labmed was held for the first time in October 2014, and the new exhibition project had great success from the start. The number of exhibitors increased by 25%, and the number of visitors increased by over 30% compared to the previous Scanlab fair in Bella Center.

In agreement with Dialab (the Danish Diagnostics & Laboraotry Association) Bo and Jesper created a new exhibition concept in Aarhus (the "capital" of Jutland) under the name LabDays. The first LabDays fair took place in September 2015; and the conclusion was that both exhibitors and visitors saw the new concept as a big succes.

In other words, Swedish LabDays is a proven concept. And thats why we believe it has all the odds to become reality.
