Swedens new trade fair for laboratory technology

J.B. Exhibitions hereby presents the new trade fair Swedish LabDays 2017.

The new trade fair will take place from Wednesday 18th to Thursday 19th October in the Victoria Hall at Stockholmsmässan - the goal is to make the fair an annual event.

The ambition is to bring together the leading laboratory companies on this new trade fair. And in parallel, our goal is to have some of the annual meetings within the Swedish laboratory industry going on in parallel with the exhibition. With both the leading exhibitors, and some of the leading annual meetings within the industry, we aim at making a dynamic platform for the benefit of everyone in the Swedish laboratory industry.

J.B. Exhibtions organized LabDays 2015 in Denmark last year. So it is a tested concept which now is presented on the Swedish market. An important part of the concept is that everyone has similar turnkey stands with similar standwalls, light, powerplugs, chairs, tables etc. The smallest stands are 4 m² (2x2) and it is not possible to get at stand bigger than 50 m².

An important part of the concept is to keep the cost down; so you can avoide expensive stand constructions. And that is why all stands are similar. For the same reasons no one can get a stand bigger thant 50 m² - we don't want a competition between some of the big companies. You can get a small stand without risking having some of you competitors right next to you with a estreem big custom made stand.

LabDays 2015 in Denmark had 79 Exhibitors, and it was the first time the new concept has its premiere. Both exhibitors and visitors was very pleased with the new fair.

One of the ways we work together with some of the societies, that organize annual meetings, is we offer them meetingrooms fully equipped free of charge. Besides this we are also prepared to offer the society financial support if they move their meeting to be held in parallel with our exhibition.

We have used this tactic in Denmark; so when we had our big CPH LabMed fair earlier this year in Copenhagen, we had 4 of the biggest meetings within the industry going on in parallel with the exhibiton. CPH LabMed 2016 had 135 exhibitors and 5.400 visitors.

We look forward to organize Swedish LabDays, and we hope we together with the industry can get the same succes we have had in Denmark.
