How to find us

 

Both buses and commuter trains stop at Älvsjö Station, which is right next to Stockholmsmässan. The journey by commuter train from Stockholm Central Station to Stockholmsmässan takes just ten minutes. Fast and environmentally friendly, now that’s an unbeatable combination!

By SL (Public Transportation)

There are 8-14 commuter train departures every hour from Stockholm Central Station to Älvsjö Station, which is only a 200-meter walk from Stockholmsmässan’s Main entrance. The journey takes just ten minutes.

 

The commuter train from Arlanda Airport also stops at Älvsjö station. The train departs two times an hour and the journey takes 47 minutes. The train departs from Sky City, between terminals 4 and 5.

 

By car

Take the E4/E20 and follow the signs for Mässan/Älvsjö.

Parking

 

We have 4,000 parking spaces available for visitors arriving by car. There are 2,000 spaces in our parking garage and in the outdoor spaces surrounding the exhibition center.

 

Parking for the disabled

We have 20 parking spaces close to the Main entrance reserved for those who have a parking permit for disabled people. If you have a permit, parking is free of charge.

 

Parking fee

The parking fee for a garage space is 40 SEK/hour or 120 SEK for a whole day.

 

The parking fee in the outdoor parking is 35 SEK/hour or 100 SEK for a whole day.

 

The automatic pay stations accept credit cards.

Swedish LabDays is a trade fair for professional within the laboratory industry.

 

Registration

 

All visitors have to register, when visting the fair, and it is free of charges to visit the fair.

 

You can pre-register on this homepages when we come closer to October 2017. If you pre-register you can print out your ticket/visitor badge at home and bring it when you enter the fair.

 

You can also register "on-side" at the entrance to the fair. It should be emphasized that we recommend everyone to be pre-register to avoid queues and waiting when etering the fair.

 

Wardrobe

 

We will established a wardrobe near the entrance to the fair. You can store clothes, bags and other intems in the staffed wardrobe for payment.
