Standrental rates per m²:         

Under 35 m²                SEK 3.300 per m²

36 m2 and more          SEK 3.100 per m²

Members of Swedish Labtech are offered a discount on SEK 105 per  m².

Smallest stand is 4 m² (2x2 m).

Registration fee

Registration fee per exhibitor SEK 2.875

Registration fee per co-exhibitor SEK 595 *

*(which means separate registration in the online catalog)

Payment Terms:

1. rate: 1th December 2021: Registration fee + 50% of the stand rental

2. rate: 1th February 2022: The rest

The standrental include the following:

Standwalls agains your neighbors (2,5 m. high white walls)

Light: The general light in the hall (see picture below)  

Daily cleaning of the stand 

1 powersupply approximately 1,5 kW (3 plugs)

1 café table for each 12 m² (see picture to the right)

2 shell chairs for each 12 m² (see picture to the right)

1 ePoint upload (to scane visitor badges on your stand - one exstra upload can be purchased for SEK 270)

Inclusion in the on-line catalog with our online packet (company logo,

2 x text of own choice, upload up to 10 photos and one Youtube video on your site in the online catalog).

WiFi connection

It is mandatory to use our standard stand system (walls and light). 

You don't have to use our tables and chairs (which are included in the rental price).

You can buy extra ePoint connections for SEK 270 per connection.

Further equipment for your stand:

Our exhibition build up company is the Stockholmsmässan and they will build up the stands. In other words, they are technical operator at Swedish LabDays 2019. If you need extra chairs, tables or other furniture for your stand, you can order it directly from them, and the things you have order will be ready when you come to the venue. By ordering before 5th August, you will ensure that you receive the products and services you are interested in at the lowest price. After this date the prices will increase by 30% . If you order or change your order during the build-up days, this prices will increase by 50%, so please make your orders before the 5th August.

Oppening hours:

Monday 4th April: Build up of all the stands by Stockholmsmässan

Tuesday 5th April: From 08.00 am - 12.00 pm: The exhibitors move in

Wednesday 6th April: From 09.00 am - 4.00 pm open for visitors (Exhibitors can enter the exhibition hall from 8 o'clock)

Thursday 7th April: From 09.00 am - 4.00 pm open for visitors (Exhibitors can enter the hall from 8 o'clock)

Thursday 7th April: From 4.00 am - 12.00 pm the exhibitors move out.

All prices are ex. VAT and in Swedish currency.

We (J.B. Exhibitions) are a danish company, so exhibitors from Sweden and other EU-countries, don't have to pay VAT on the stand rental. Exhibitors from Denmark will receive their invoice with danish VAT.
