Under 35 m² SEK 3.200 per m²

36 m2 and more SEK 3.000 per m²

Members of Swedish Labtech are offered a discount on SEK 100 per m².

Smallest stand is 4 m² and biggest stand is 50 m²

The standrental include the following:

Standwalls agains your neighbors (2,5 m. high white walls)

Light: The standard light in the hall

1 powersupply approximately 1,5 kW (3 plugs)

1 café table for each 8 m²

2 shell chairs for each 8 m²

WiFi connection

Inclusion in the on-line catalog (incl. 2 x text of own choice - you can buy our online packet for only 995 SEK (logo, up to 10 photos and 1 video).

It is mandatory to use our standard stand system (walls and light). In other words, your are not allowed to use your own stand system.

You don't have to use our tables and chairs (which are included in the rentalprice).

Our exhibition build up company will build up the stands. In other words, they are technical operator at Swedish LabDays 2017. If you need extra chairs, tables or other furniture for your stand, you can order it directly from them, and the things you have order will be ready when you come to the venue.

Oppening hours:

Monday 15th October: Build up of all the stands

Tuesday 16th October: From 08.00 am - 12.00 pm: The exhibitors move in

Wednesday 17th October: From 09.00 am - 4.00 pm open for visitors (Exhibitors can enter the exhibition hall from 8 o'clock)

Thursday 18th October: From 09.00 am - 4.00 pm open for visitors (Exhibitors can enter the hall from 8 o'clock)

Thursday 19th October: From 4.00 am - 12.00 pm the exhibitors move out.

Registration fee:

Registration fee per exhibitor SEK 2.675

Registration fee per co-exhibitor SEK 595 *

*(which means separate registration in the online catalog)

Payment Terms: The registration fee + 50%: Wednesday 1th Mars 2017

The rest: Monday 17th July 2017
